They were happy to take our money until they sold out. I have never seen a review where their support helped. The ZenMate Chrome extension apparently will stop working next month but it has been dead for months now with no support at all apart from a copy-paste message that resolves nothing for anyone. The software is so outdated it wont run on my distro of linux, they only support a tiny handful of distros and not one of them is mines. There is no paid option in the extension, there is no smart sites feature or anything like what I paid for when I bought ZenMate. This is the only reason I paid for a 3-year membership!ĬyberGhost is some small-time company with outdated software and the chrome extension is a waste of time being so featureless it's useless to me. If you have paid for ZenMate you will not be able to use the Chrome extension which has the smart sites feature. Don't buy into Zenmate or CyberGhost! ZenMate has gone bust and sold out to CyberGhost.
